Am I a Lady?
Today I read an article (http://www.techyville.com/2012/10/news/can-women-be-feminine-and-still-be-leaders-in-business/#) questioning if women can be feminine, and still run a business. This is a question I myself ask frequently. I think that I am definitely in touch with my feminine side, but I do have to make a lot of business deals. How do others view me? Am I still the prim and proper young lady that I was raised to be?
They say the key to being seen as feminine is dressing girly, acting like a lady, and working like a lady as well. But while doing so do you think you’ll be taken seriously? The key is to appear feminine, but to still be confident and assertive. Like most things too much of either can do more harm than help.

So the answer is yes, you can be feminine and a businesswoman. You can be flirtatious and taken seriously. I can be a lady in and out of the boardroom.
