Girl Around Town…Madison Jones

This week’s girl to follow is a recent High School graduate, Madison Jones. At the age of 16 Madison started her own girl empowerment blog, Girl Connect. It is a safe haven platform where girls can receive encouragement and feel like they are not alone.

With the help of a close friend, the Girl Connect website was formed and she started connecting with females around the community to write stories. Once girls saw girls like them sharing their stories, others began to follow suit.

Madison lives by the motto, “You never know until you try.” My ultimate goal is to connect with as many influential women around the world as possible, and spread the message that it is okay to be you, and you are not alone.
