Girl Around Town…Destani Noel

This week's featured young woman is Destani Noel Huffman-Jefferson. Destani is currently pursuing a full time modeling career and is also advocating against drunk driving. When she is not modeling, she is educating the youth and her peers on the “severity of this senseless act.” One of Destani’s goals is assist in obtaining stricter legislation against DUI offenders.

Destani got started in pageantry and used this to further her modeling career. She is blessed by the many doors pageantry has opened, and her motto is, “fall down 7 times, stand up 8.” Her ultimate goal is be successful and happy, by to also get signed to Elite Modeling Agency. Not only would she love to be on their NYC roster, but Miami and LA as well.

So, where can you catch Destani next? In December, she will be competing for the title of Miss DC USA. Also, she will be working a number of events with M.A.D.D.- Mothers against Drunk Driving. Destani never gives up, and she is appreciative of the grace and favor bestowed upon her by God. She is confident that His grace will be sufficient on this journey.
