Girl Around Town...Krystal Jones

It’s been a while since I’ve done a Girl Around Town. This week’s Girl Around Town, is photographer Krystal Jones. Krystal is a former Sailor, and based in Florida. She recently founded KayeSsJayPhotographie (KSJ Photography) from her love of capturing the moment. While in the military she used photography as her escape and relaxation. Krystal loves working with others and capturing their lives or artistic styles. After getting out of the military she decided that she wanted to take her hobby to the next level and actually go into business doing what she loved most.

Krystal’s motto is, “Capturing the essence of your life one photo at a time!” Her goal is to be able to travel doing what she loves most and work for herself. Krystal believes that it would be great just to travel the world taking pictures of the cultures and scenery. As an added bonus she would love to try out sports photography and one day be on the sidelines of an NFL game.

This upcoming weekend Krystal will be in Atlanta shooting a birthday party and doing several portrait shoots.

One thing Krystal wants the world to know is that “I love what I do!” During most photoshoots she’s more excited than the model or family about the way the photos come out. Krystal has spent a year working for herself and it has had its ups and downs but she loves it!

A fun fact about Krystal? “I'm also a writer. I've written 4 novels and currently working on number 5. I'm in the process of publishing them all.”
