Yesterday, it was my first time watching a West Indian pageant (you had to be of West Indian decent) in person. This pageant was a mixture of Miss America mixed with Miss USA circa 1999.
There were a few things that I learned,
When having a business, the tone is set from the first person that they meet.
When you have a start time and you are running behind, is very important that the audience (customers) are informed, and also given a time that it will begin.
Congrats to the new Miss NY Continental Cultural.
