There are some people that you meet and you just know that they are destined to make their mark in the world. Nia Franklin is one of those people! She is currently Miss NY and this Tuesday she will be leaving to interview for the job of a lifetime. It is my pleasure to have met Nia, and I am honored to have her represent NY.
