I'm Sorry

In 2014, I did not understand why my ex-boyfriend apologized to me after he got engaged (read the story here). I thought it was selfish and unnecessary. Now as I think about my relationship and we discuss marriage, I understand what apologizing can mean for your relationship. It can heal old wounds for everything, closes all ajar doors, and helps make your Significant Other feel that much secure. So, if I have hurt you, I truly do apologize, blame my head not my heart. I had a lot of growing to do, and I hope I am a better person for him.
